American brewers love Gaffel Kölsch

Cologne, January 26, 2023 – Kölsch is one of the much drunk beers in the USA and is highly regarded on the other side of the Atlantic. Among the top-fermented beers from Cologne, Gaffel is the favorite among beer experts.

Corey Blodgett, brewmaster at Gathering Place Brewing in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin is thrilled. “Gaffel is the best Kölsch for me. That’s because it has a nice floral hop aroma and is very refreshing. Drinking Gaffel is a lot of fun.”

The article entitled “The best German beers according to industry professionals” was published in the renowned winemag.com portal of Wine Enthusiast magazine. In addition to Gaffel, there were also honorable mentions for other German beers such as the Tannenzäpfle pilsner and the Korbinian wheat bock from Weihenstephan.

The Wine Enthusiast from New York was founded in 1979 and offers information about wine as well as many publications about beer and spirits.

In addition to the USA, the company also supplies Canada, Asia, many European countries and the most popular vacation destinations. The brand has thus become synonymous with Kölsch. Gaffel relies on the specialist trade and works closely with exclusive partners in the respective countries. It also supports and accompanies initiatives by individual restaurateurs abroad.
