Der Alkohol f\u00fcr die Reihe Gaffel Spirits wird aus Gaffel K\u00f6lsch entzogen. Hier wird ein physikalisches Prinzip umgesetzt. Wasser kocht auf H\u00f6he des Meeresspiegels bei 100 Grad Celsius. In den Bergen, wo der Luftdruck geringer ist, weit darunter. Dieses Prinzip gilt auch f\u00fcr den Siedepunkt von Alkohol, der von 78 (auf H\u00f6he des Meeresspiegels) auf 38 Grad (unter Vakuum) gesenkt wird. So wird der Alkohol schonend entzogen. Die Entalkoholisierungsanlage simuliert also eine Atmosph\u00e4re mit wenig Luftdruck. Um eine h\u00f6here Konzentration zu erreichen, wird der Alkohol doppelt destilliert und damit ein zweites Mal gereinigt. Im Ergebnis liegt den Spirituosen ein hochwertig veredelter Alkohol aus Gaffel K\u00f6lsch zugrunde.<\/p>\n
